Games and Adventures

Thanksgiving Break began with some fun family "building & crafting" time. Daddy cleaned the garage and built the frame for a bean bag toss game. He said it would be fun if we cut some circles in it and made some bean bags for the kids to play with when all the cousins arrived. What a sweet handy daddy & husband he is. :)

I told him, "I think we can do better than a few circles".

The girls were really into it and had fun "building like daddy"

We got pencils and drew out some fun silly characters with big mouths, and daddy cut the holes.
Then Carley and I painted it.
 Peek-a-boo.
Here it is all finished. A little alien bug in the corner, a frog prince on a leaf, a silly boy with a goldfish in a bowl on his head and a silly girl with a bird in her hair.
We finished sewing our bean bags filled with rice and set it all up in the garage to play.
They also hung out in there and rode scooters, a little car, and roller skates.
The next day was gorgeous weather so we all went to a local park/walking trail.
Tyler found the cutest teeny-tiny frog.
 Brothers. ;)
Zoe thought she was ready to take off riding Carley's old bicycle, but she couldn't quite make it go without a little help.
So Traci showed her how it's done. ;)
Then Nana and Papa got to town and it was time to go celebrate uncle Brent's Birthday and get ready for Thanksgiving Day.
Oh Happy Thanksgiving Break Memories!!!!
