In the span of less than one week my heart has broken again and again for the special family members and friends in my life who have faced unimaginable loss and grief.
A precious little girl who is very dear to my heart lost her father in a tragic car accident. Then only a few short days later one of my dear friends was faced with the sudden heartbreaking death of her teenage son.
I've spent a lot of time in prayer. Each family has constantly been on my heart and mind. I can only stop and thank God that when we have no words and can do absolutely nothing to make the pain any less He is sufficient and He is able to carry His children through in times when nothing else could.
"Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted." Matthew 5:4
May God hold them in His loving arms and wrap them in a peace that passes all understanding.
