Home Again

We returned from Cambodia on Monday afternoon around 2:30.

After 26 hours of flying I was feeling sore, exhausted, and in much need of a long shower.
Family and friends awaited our arrival.
Jeremy and the girls came to the airport and greeted me with big hugs and a boquet of red roses.
My heart leapt with joy at the sight of them, at their loving embrace.

There is so much to share about the incredible journey God took us on half way around the world. About the people who captured our hearts and the country that will forever be in the forefront of our thoughts and prayers.

Our team lived an inexplicable "tiny lifetime" during our 10 days. We were immersed in the culture. We gained brothers and sisters in Christ and friends for a lifetime. We became family to one another. And although our small group had met together for months leading up to the trip we bonded more in that week than we had in all the months before.

The Lord used experiences that we shared collectively to speak to each of us individually and personally and to grow and strengthen our faith and our walk with him.
We serve a beautiful, gracious, powerful God!
He is compassionate, creative and mighty to be praised!

I have so many pictures and experiences to share, so I must spread them out over a few posts.

For those of you who are on facebook I have posted an album entitled Cambodia 2013 there that you can look through also.
