Well, the mess got all cleaned up and the second batch of fruit roll ups came out great......that is, well, great if you consider fruit crisp & crunchies a success.
Either way, it was gobbled up by two hungry munchkins before anyone else got a chance to try it. Which probably means I'll be going to the store for more frozen fruit soon.
